Manage Documents
This permission of printer and printers sharing allows or denies the ability to restart, pause, resume, and delete all documents, no matter which users they belong to. This permission is not given to the users by default, and you can assign it to the ones requiring it.
Manage Printer
This permission gives users the ability to pause and restart the printer, share a printer, change printer properties, and modify printer permissions. Grant this permission very sparingly, assigning them to the few who really need to manage the printer.
A well-planned set of printer permissions will help in the smooth functioning of your organization. It is advisable to set the most restrictive permissions to the default group of users initially and then allow additional privileges to the ones who need them.
